Our tooltip of the month is: Talk to people with disabilities about the problems they encounter every day (I know, not very innovative). Not everyone is always happy to talk about it, but ultimately, what matters most is that you show genuine interest. Ideally, you should talk to several people, not just one. There's no such thing as a typical disabled person.
