Congratulations to the USA, where, even in these challenging times, there's at least one thing to celebrate: the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This legislation, affectionately known as the ADA, has resulted in the private sector being significantly more advanced in terms of accessibility than Germany or the European Union. Imagine where Germany would be if we had had such a law in 1990. The ADA also demonstrates that progress, once achieved, must always be defended.
